Special Instructions
A one-night’s advance deposit in the form of a
check or money order will be required to guarantee a reservation. The
advance deposit shall consist of one night’s room rate plus applicable
taxes. The deposit must be received within 10 days of placing your
reservation. If a deposit is not received by the due date, Hidden Harbor
may cancel the reservation after notifying the requestor.
The deposit is refundable if cancellation is
received by Hidden Harbor at least 72 hours prior to arrival day. For any
no-shows or cancellations received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, the
deposit will not be refunded.
No refunds or credits will
be issued for any nights reserved, but not consumed.
Early check in and late check out are subject to
availability.
Three-night minimum stay
required December 1st – April 1st.
