Q: What is check in/check out time?
A: You
may check in after 1:00 PM. We ask that you check out by 11:00 AM.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: None
at the moment. We accept personal checks or cash.
Q: How much deposit do I need to put
down to hold my room?
A: At
this time we do not require a deposit.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Will I lose my deposit?
A:
n/a at this time. We do ask for 48 hours notice when canceling your
reservations.
Q: Does the weekly rate mean Sunday to
Saturday? How many nights must I stay to qualify for weekly rates?
A: Any
seven consecutive nights qualify for the weekly rate.
Q: I forgot my shampoo. Do you offer
"Big Hotel Chain" services like supplying complimentary toiletry items?
A: Each unit has
a supply of shampoo packets and hotel size bath bar soaps.
Q: Do
you have any "non-smoking" rooms?
A: All of our rooms are
non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided on the covered porch for those that
smoke.
Q: May
I bring my cat/dog with me?
A: Animals are not
permitted in the rooms. However, if your pet can remain outdoors, either
crated or on a tie out, that is acceptable.
